Per quanto riguarda l'accorpamento degli esami di Laurea e abilitazione, &quot;si tratta - rileva Bianco - di un ragionamento corretto, ma a patto che la Laurea sia abilitante e che si preveda la presenza di organi paritetici università-professioni per la valutazione&quot;. I compiti di vigilanza attribuiti alla COVIP con il presente decreto sono esercitati con le risorse umane, finanziarie e strumentali disponibili a legislazione vigente. mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>Dalla Circolare si apprende che la Regione ha già fornito indicazioni in merito all'oggetto a tutti i MMG e PLS collegati a SOLE tramite e-mail e portale SOLE: l'aggiornamento del software di cartella clinica all'ultima versione disponibile e il successivo utilizzo della modalità SOLE di prescrizione è per tutti i MMG e PLS condizione sufficiente per l'adempimento a quanto previsto dalla normativa, sia per quanto riguarda le prescrizioni specialistiche che farmaceutiche.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-right:18.3pt;mso-add-space: auto;text-align:justify'><span style='font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>Ritenendo di fare cosa utile a tutti i colleghi si riporta il testo di alcune precisazioni prevenute dalla Regione Emilia Romagna inerenti la trasmissione telematica.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-right:18.3pt;mso-add-space: auto;text-align:justify'><span style='font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>" <span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>         </span>in caso di sostituzione, viene tracciato come codice fiscale del <span class=SpellE>prescrittore</span> ed è inviato pertanto al MEF il codice fiscale del medico a cui è attribuito il ricettario (come accadeva anche prima), che, sulla base delle indicazioni aziendali sull uso del ricettario già comunicate in passato, deve essere il ricettario del medico titolare (con timbro del medico titolare e firma e timbro del medico sostituto);<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-right:18.3pt;mso-add-space: auto;text-align:justify'><span style='font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>" <span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>         </span>il flusso per il MEF parte con la stampa della prescrizione, pertanto tutto ciò che viene modificato sulla ricetta prima della stampa viene modificato anche nel flusso; <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-right:18.3pt;mso-add-space: auto;text-align:justify'><span style='font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>" <span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>         </span>in caso ci si renda conto di un errore in una prescrizione già stampata, i cui dati sono quindi già stati inviati, SOLE prevede la possibilità di annullare una prescrizione specialistica inviata, in questo modo viene annullato anche il corrispondente flusso di dati al MEF;
